These Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle rental and transportation services provided by the Company. By booking or using our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
The Company provides vehicle rental services, transportation solutions, passenger transport, staff transportation, corporate transportation, and related services as agreed in the quotation or contract.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. The Company reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle category if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable.
Rental charges are based on the agreed quotation, contract, or booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra mileage, additional trips, toll fees, parking fees, or special requests.
Payments shall be made according to the agreed invoice or contract terms. Delayed payments may result in service suspension and additional administrative charges.
Vehicles shall only be used for lawful purposes. The Client shall not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, overloading, unauthorized transportation, or any activity that may damage the vehicle.
Where a driver is provided by the Company, the driver shall operate the vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.
Fuel charges shall be as agreed in the quotation or contract. Any additional fuel, toll, parking, or road usage charges may be billed separately where applicable.
The Client shall be responsible for any loss, damage, misuse, negligence, or excessive wear caused during the rental period. Repair costs and related expenses may be charged accordingly.
In the event of an accident, the Client must immediately notify the Company and relevant authorities. No admission of liability shall be made without official reporting procedures.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, government restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours of service commencement may be subject to cancellation charges. Any costs already incurred by the Company shall remain payable.
Smoking, transportation of hazardous materials, illegal goods, weapons, or prohibited substances inside Company vehicles is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by law and the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, cargo, equipment, or valuables left inside the vehicle.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company operates.
Acceptance of a quotation, booking confirmation, service agreement, invoice, or use of the Company's services shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
